About Arleen West Design

I’ve been creating websites since 2000. I started building websites in Dreamweaver as part of my job as the head of computer services at a small library. After a few years, I started taking on outside clients. Eventually I found WordPress.

I’ve always been obsessed with perfection and delivering a website that the client will love. In the past, I’ve worked closely with my clients striving to deliver every feature they desired. Unfortunately this lead to burn out.

The past 2 years I’ve been reexamining my priorities and have decided not to take any new design clients. Instead, I’m putting my energy into sharing what I know to help small business owners and individuals learn how to easily create a simple website at an affordable price.

When I’m not designing, you can find me either exploring the outside world or engrossed in my latest hobby, making jewelry.
